Working in-house for Allied London we were responsible for all Placemaking aspects of the regeneration of the Leeds Dock estate on the South Bank of Leeds.
Our placemaking strategy was built on the needs of the existing community - its residents - and its future community - including its tenants.
Research and conversation enabled us to understand how the city perceived the Dock and our work directly challenged the city's perceptions of Leeds Dock: a failed, ghost town development on the outskirts of the city.
won The Majors Marketeer award for the official launch campaign of Leeds Dock in Spring 2016.
